how to connect my computer to the network ??

how will i connect my  computer to the network??/

because if i start  to log in in my account in yahoo messenger  and skype in video call or webcam nothings image show it only appears black while my camera is already open...

so if i click to video call, its says that my computer is not connected to the network...

please help me to fix this thank you...
