what is the difference between a keyboard for Windows PC vs Mac PC?

My friend just bought a MAC desktop from a neighbor. He asked if I had an extra keyboard since the his setup didn't have one. Im not familiar with MAC systems, so could someone let me know the difference btween keyboards for Windows based systems vs. MAC?

The Mac systems have a different key instead of the ALT key which does different things. That is the primary difference.
