where do I report a cellphone money scsm to ?

I was called by a Asian. Man and he gave me all of the information I needed to get up to 40,000.00 from the money in an account for women who had a vaginal mesh insert procedures done in 2006 . He gave me the answers to the questions I would be asked by the attorneys and I would like to have this thief stopped . He is working with a network of more thieves. I just need to get a place or person to give the information I have on the people involved in this scam. I don't want any compensation of any kind for exposing their scam.
