is there a way to quickly return to a lost web page without losing the info i have entered, from my iMedia Blase Tablet

I pressed exit key by mistake so lost the page and internet site with text I had entered as requested by the site but I don't know a shortcut to retrieve the site and text I had put in.

You probably can't get the text back you entered. If your browser is set to continue where you left off when you open it, that should recover the page for you. Otherwise you should be able to open the browser and then go to the history and find the page you are after there.
