How can i get my gmail account back that was accidently deleted?

Trying to get my account back that I did not mean to delete.  I have more apps on my phone linked to this email and can't use them if I can't access my email. Please help!

I heard it may cost you up to $3.00 for them to process it, but they said it is worth it, see here how to get it back from google
