AMD RADEON HD-6450 NOT WORKING WITH WINDOWS AERO

Question

I work with 2 screens 1 has a resolution of  1680x1050 and the other has 1920x1200. I use windows 7 and my graphic card is amd radeon hd-6450. iwork with a lot of open documents and i want to see a small windows with its contest insted of window name. i WAS TOLD THIS CAN BE DONE BY USING THE AERO OPTION, BUT I CAN'T ACTIVATE IT. I DOWNLOADED A FIXIT FROM MICROSOFT BUT AFTER TRYING TO FIX IT TELLS ME THAT THE CARD DOES NOT SUPPORT AERO BECAUSE IT CAN NOT USE DIRECT-X 9 OR PIXES SHARED MODEL 2.0 OR DOES NOT HAVE ENOUGH MEMORY (THE CARD HAS 1GB!!)

ANY SOLUTION???
