how to set default program for each kind of file

Question

when opening some file with google, i wrongly selected the "always use the selected program to open this kind of file", now each and every file or folder in my system is opening in google only, how to remove this and how to set default for appropriate file... its window 7

If you type "open with" into your windows start menu search bar it will bring up the set associations menu.  You can see all of the file types and what program they are set to open with by default.  You can change the default program for the file times you need from there.
