how to reinstall safari 7.0 in os x 10.9

I was deleting java and mistakenly deleted some javascript from safari. Now the menubar and preferences for safari are in spanish. Safari webpages are still in english.

The only solution I found was to reinstall Mavericks, which was only a little time consuming since I had saved the Maverick downloader on a USB flash device. English is back on Safari preferences and the menubar.
