How do I make my num lock stay on?

I cleaned the keyboard, and reset something unintentionally....  When I use the number pad, the num lock won't stay on when I hit the 7 or 8 (possibly other) keys.

What did you use to clean it? Maybe it damaged the keys? That's the only thing I can think of.  Have you tried unplugging it and plugging back in?
