Please help me., HOW DO I enable disabled drivers?

I am using gateway 5000 series desktop with Windows 98SE Operating system. I don't have the OS disk and I don't have access to Internet on this PC., I can only get downloads to a cd at a library if they allow me to. Please help.

Gateway's website is your only potential site. If you have Windows 98 SE then it can use USB devices and you could download things at the library to a flash drive.

FYI: Newegg has refurbished desktops with Windows 7 installed starting at $100.
