Hello BT
Logged in to E-Mail with my user name and password and was informed that we are being moved to New BT Mail. Tried again to log in with my user name and password and my password was rejected - try again. Tried to change password many times and still was refused. Round and round in circles. I am now told I have 7 days to log in or......... what will happen if you cut me off? I pay good money for the poor service and this is not the first time I have had password trouble, the last being my account may have been got at.
What exactly is happening? How do I get you to recognise my password and how do get the "threat" that access to my account will be stopped? My wife and I are elderly and need ready access to our e-mail account.
