problem of printing text in ms word

Question

I have 2 printers (both canon pixma - ip2770 & mp258). the problem is when i print a document from ms word, all the text is missing. only the picture or any thing that is not text can be printed. But when the source of document is in the flash drive or in memory card, all text and other attachment can be printed. What is the problem of my ms word?

except phone circuits, FFC(http://product.xindabest.com)also takes part in hard disk drive, gathering the electronmagnetic, lowering the transmission consumption through space. It's softer, does this one count?
