You can purchase a digital lisence from microsoft and download it that way.

I don't believe you will find a legitimate/legal download for Office/Word 2007. After all, that is 7 years old which is ancient in the software industry. I suggest that you instead consider the FREE product of LibreOffice. It is able to create and edit documents in Microsoft Office format (when saving, simply click the "File Type" option and pick the appropriate type such as DOC ...)
