why does my laptop say cmd.exe: microsoft windows version 6.0 : access is denied?

When I go to log into my user account on my laptop it shows a black screen with a window titled "cmd.exe". In the window it says "microsoft windows [version 6.0.6002] copyright 2006 microsoft corporation. All rights reserved. Then it shows a command prompt and I don't know what to type to get into my laptop!
