In MS-Excel, if I enter "A, B, C..." n a cell, I want another cell to display specific data for that Letter entered.

Question

I have a spreadsheet where I need to have a specific cell populated with text when a condition is met in another cell.  So if I enter the letter "A" in say cell A1, I want a specific set of text to go into cell A2 based on that entry.  If I enter "B" in cell A1, I want another specific set of text to go into the same cell (A2) that pertains to that Letter... etc.

 

Any ideas?
