Lost Network connection

I have ASRock motherboard model K8NF6G-VSTA with AMD Sempron processor. Internet connection was with cable and local router. One day I lost this connection. On the mainboard there is a chip for LAN from Realtek type PHY RTL 8201CL. I tried different ways to reconnect with my router but without  any result. Please, help me.
