how to stop restarting my Samsung Galaxy Ace Duos I589 after media scanning again &again?

i"m using only CDMA sim right now, when switched on ,after media scanning ,it get restarted again.

without using sim it get started  but  after inserting CDMA sim,it creats problem of restarting again &again.
