my nieces locked my phone now I can only make emergency calls I don't know the password, please help me to unlock it.

I have an lg phone from metro pcs that has no service but I use it to play games on and somehow my nieces locked me out. My phone is now asking for a password I dont have is there a way to unlock it without the password?
