how to uninstall window 7 from dual boot with vista

have install vista on HCL centrino laptop which is already having windows 7 Ultimate on it. As cant able to enter the BIOS setup not able to see the "change boot order option" . Has checked all the special keys but in vain cant enter into it. Just installed while in the windows 7 operating system, now needs to remove windows 7 please tell me the steps to remove to enter the BIOS setup .
