how do i get rid if explorer hijacker av safesearch

My explorer opening tab is changed to safesearch friom that which I set.

Cannot remove using control panel. Does not show on list of programmes.

Removed it /or stopped it working with YAK software bt returned when I removed YAK because it was conflicting with Norton Internet Security.

Norton does not recignize it as a risk.

My computer finds no trace of safesearch when searchinf for files or programmes.
