Two problems with my second Kindle.

Question

Hi,

I gave my first Kindle to my nephew and bought a new Kindle.

#1 - I was told all the books on my old Kindle would automatically download to my Kindle. That did not happen. Do I need to do something to make this happen?

#2 - I just tried to purchase the book, Dear and Glorious Physician by Taylor Caldwell, for my Kindle. My Kindle was ON and connected to WiFi but the book did not download.

I am hoping you can help me.
