How do i remove safe mode on Huawei Ascend Y511-U10

The first time I removed safe mode by taking off the battery and the Sim Card. But when my phone switched off and on again, the safe mode was back on. I tried the same method as the first,5 minutes didn't work. 1 hour, didn't work. 1 Day didn't work. I tried the factory mode but it didn't work. I tried the remove recent app and tried removing all. Could Anyone Please Help?
