I've lost access to my instagram account.

HiI've seemed to of lost access to my account as when I try to log in it says "Error to secure your account we have reset your password" so I've tried to clicking forgot password and nothing is working it won't send me the text or email and it won't let me connect to Facebook. Am not happy about this as I haven't done anything wrong for it to block me off.If you could get back in touch and help me it would be much appreciated.ThankyouCarl Bell.

You have to use their password recovery process. No one else can help you.
