JVC LT24G20 volume goes down problem

The model of my JVC LED TV is LT24G20. The volume goes down rapidly without turning the volume down via remote or or on the TV panel side. This problem occurs repeatedly so i need a permanent solution for this. Kindly help me in a detailed/ specific way on how to resolve this TV volume issue. Another problem that i would like to seek help is that, my TV power turns down and the proceeds to a blinking screen. This happens for quite some time while I am watching.
