how can i download windows 8 free?

i am gonna upgrade my windows 7 to windows 8 with free of charge..... how can I do that?

Well, if you know you are *going*  to do it free of charge, you must already have a plan, so go to it.

However, you cannot do this legally so you will be guilty of theft at a minimum and it would be a criminatl act for anyone to instruct you on how to do so.
