am try to enter numbers in the cells, but 1 cell won't accept numbers and will only register ##### in the cell.

Question

This problem always occurs in one cell on my spreadsheet.  I attempt to enter numbers on this budgeting spreadsheet, and it will only register as ######, and will not accept the numbers.  Do I need to remove some sort of formatting or formula?  If so, how do I do that?
