Why won't my brother mfc-j475dw printer print even though there is ink

I have changed the ink, cleaned the ink heads, chnaged the paper, removed the printer from the computer and re-installed it, connected a usb to my computer to see if that works and still no luck. If anyone has had similar issues with this machine or knows how to resolve it PLEASE HELP!
