When I click on a contact, it appears as a window on the bottom bar but it does not appear in a window to edit.

Question

I have noticed increasing slowness in my system recently. I have all the latest updates for:

WinXP SP3, MS Office 2010, Nortin Internet security, Malware Bytes Pro, Malware Bytes, and Malwarebytes Anti-Exploit.

I connect through a router using Anonymizer Universal (with all the updates).

Today, I tried to open a PDF file using Nuance PDF Converter Pro ver 7 (NPC7). I saw NPC7 load its various components before it disappeared with the file. I could not see the file, but it is in the lower bar with a number of the open wndows for that app. I deinstall NPC7 and will reinstall it.

My custom scan under Malwarebytes so far has found 2 detected objects after 59 minutes of running. I will update this problem when the scan finishes.
