I received an email from what appeared as the gmail team, email address was [email protected],  stating that my email address was chosen to win $500,000.00 and an Apple laptop for the 2014 lottery promotion , is this a scam? They want my email address, name phone number address age and sex.

My boyfriend received the same one! It has to be a scam. Not to mention the user email address is not even remotely related to gmail or apple and the email was sent at 2:30 am. You'd think they'd ask for credit card, bank account or ss# demographics, but the fact that they are just asking for an address is kinda creepy.
