My Ricoh Priport vt3800 wont feed papers. the drum rotates but the papers are not picked from the feeder trays

My Ricoh Priport vt3800 wont feed papers. When I command it to print, the drum keeps rotating yet the feeder tray remains stagnant. also the scanner lamp blew and where can I buy a replacement. the local dealers in Nairobi Kenya don't have it in stock. kindly help
