is there any camera or goggle or any technology that enables us to see human details through walls?

Two of my friends are saying things that i'm doing inside my house and in rooms that doesn't have a window and surrounded by walls and i've seached for tiny cameras or a spy gadget tool i can't find how but i think they have something like infrared or x-ray or terahertz technology or even more advanced goggles owned by governments because one of them has a lot of money since he is a ministers son, i mean a jerk one!
