I would like to reset my adobe password, and i am not getting anywhere what should i do?

I was trying to obtain something from Adobe and i was asked to sign up for an account, and when i submitted my information evidently i already have an account.  When i tried to sign in i was unable to remember my password, so i need to change it.  I was sent an email and was told to click on an address, which i did to no avail so i then entered the address in my browser and ended up at this site.  Now i am completely lost.
